Your New Role
- Install, service, diagnose, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems
- Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications and plumbing codes
- Install and service water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration systems, and related plumbing equipment
- Repair pipes, valves, fixtures, sinks, commodes, and plumbing system components
- Assess customer-owned equipment and provide effective service solutions
- Explain installation and service processes clearly and professionally to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and respectful work environment in customers' homes and businesses
- Identify opportunities to improve installation and service processes and communicate recommendations to leadership
- Mentor and assist other technicians as directed

Job requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of plumbing-related experience
- Experience installing or servicing water treatment equipment preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation procedures, and repair techniques
- Experience with water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration systems, or similar equipment preferred
- Soldering and/or welding experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to professionally resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Ability to mentor and train technicians under supervisor's direction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to crouch, bend, crawl, and work in confined spaces
- Ability to stand and perform moderate physical activity throughout the workday
- Flexible schedule to support business needs
