Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounting Specialist / Cashier to support our corporate client in Oklahoma. This role will be responsible for daily accounting support, expense reimbursement, inventory record management, and other routine finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience and be familiar with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements in the State of Oklahoma.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily expense reimbursement review, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate inbound and outbound inventory ledgers and related financial records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, voucher preparation, and financial data entry.
- Support the finance team in organizing invoices, receipts, reimbursement forms, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with inventory-related financial reconciliation and ensure records are accurate and complete.
- Support routine cash, payment, and reimbursement-related administrative work.
- Ensure all financial documents and records are properly filed and compliant with company policies.
- Follow applicable accounting practices and relevant Oklahoma state financial regulations.
- Complete other finance-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant finance, accounting, cashier, or bookkeeping experience.
- Familiarity with Oklahoma state financial regulations, tax-related requirements, and basic compliance practices.
- Solid understanding of expense reimbursement, basic accounting records, and inventory ledger management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common office software.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to handle routine financial work accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with internal departments such as warehouse, operations, and administration.
- Bilingual ability in English and Chinese is preferred but not required.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
