Three Positions Available:
1. Assistant Sales Manager Are you a high-performing seller who loves the thrill of the "big win" but also gets a kick out of watching your team hit their targets? We’re looking for a selling leader who is half elite closer and half dedicated coach. In this role, you won’t just be working a sales floor; you’ll be the engine behind our growth. You’ll spend your time building deep, lasting relationships with our top clients and showing our sales associates exactly how to do the same.
What You’ll Do as Assistant Manager:
· Drive Personal Results: Lead by example. You’ll maintain your own book of business and consistently exceed personal sales goals.
· Client Development: Move beyond one-off transactions. You’ll identify high-value prospects and turn them into loyal brand advocates.
· Mentor & Coach: Turn "cashiering" into "client building." You’ll conduct floor coaching, role-play sessions, and performance check-ins to level up the current team.
· Operational Excellence: Ensure the floor is optimized for sales—from visual standards to inventory flow.
Who we're looking for as Assistant Manager:
· An Experienced Closer: You have a proven track record in high-touch retail or luxury sales.
· A Natural Leader: You don't just tell people what to do; you show them how it’s done. You find genuine joy in seeing your teammates succeed.
· Relationship-Driven: You understand that the best sales come from trust and follow-up, not just a pitch.
· Adaptable: You can pivot from a high-stakes client consultation to a quick team huddle without missing a beat.
2. Sales Specialist Do you prefer to focus on the customer experience and be a team player without directing the team? We are looking for dedicated salespeople who want to show up every day and make a difference by serving others and having fun while generating abundance. To be a great fit, you must have a positive attitude, a warm & friendly personality, the ability to be a team player, be available to work weekends, be on your feet all day, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Cashier & Hostess Are you great with computers, POS software, and working quickly and accurately while being gracious and friendly? We are looking for a highly organized, quick thinker who can run the cash wrap station. This is our customer's final impression before they leave our store so it's important you have hospitality skills to make them feel well cared for and efficiency and accuracy to get their transaction processed quickly and correctly. To be a great fit, you must have a positive attitude, a warm & friendly personality, the ability to be a team player, be available to work weekends, be on your feet all day, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
