Benchmark Therapies is looking for Occupational Therapists to join our team at Redstone Murrysville, a welcoming senior living community in Murrysville, Pennsylvania.
This would be a meaningful opportunity for an OT who enjoys working with older adults and wants the time and support to provide thoughtful, individualized care.

Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and independence
Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes
Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license in good standing
A genuine interest in working with older adults
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
A compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach
