Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably in energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.

Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing operations and driving transformational change.

Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets.
