How You'll Lead
- Take full ownership of Café Exchange's operational and financial performance, driving profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Champion an elevated standard of quality, taste, presentation, and service, ensuring every detail reflects the sophistication and character of Café Exchange.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team committed to exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and continuous growth.
- Recruit, coach, and retain hospitality professionals who share a passion for excellence and genuine service.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices.
- Build meaningful relationships with guests and create an environment where people choose to gather, connect, collaborate, and return.
The Leader We're Looking For
- Progressive leadership experience managing upscale hospitality, restaurant, café, hotel, or private club operations, with a proven record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, inventory, and operational performance.
- Experience opening a new hospitality concept or leading a significant operational transformation is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Demonstrated success delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining uncompromising standards of hospitality, quality, and service.
- A refined eye for presentation, ambiance, and the thoughtful details that create memorable guest experiences.
- Professional, approachable, and confident leadership style with exceptional communication and sound business judgment.
- Commitment to the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
- ServSafe Manager Certification, or the ability to obtain certification within an established timeframe.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
