Position Overview: Part-Time Retail Stylist

As our Retail Stylist, you’ll be part of the energy that makes our store truly stand out, bringing contemporary, curated women’s and menswear apparel and accessories for every client’s wardrobe experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers with a warm, professional welcome and set the tone for a positive, upbeat shopping experience.
- Help customers discover the right pieces while delivering personalized styling tips and thoughtful recommendations that align with their personal style.
- Take pride in meeting and exceeding personal and team sales goals, driven by a passion for results.
- Keep the store looking its best by maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing displays.
- Support inventory flow by monitoring stock, checking in shipments, tagging merchandise, and assisting with inventory counts as needed.
- Work alongside your crew to create a positive, buzzing, and high-energy workplace where everyone thrives.
- Confidently and accurately process purchases using our POS system, ensuring a smooth checkout every time.
- Consistently uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Genuine ability to build rapport and ensure every customer feels welcome and valued.
- Great personal style sense and the ability to offer thoughtful styling advice.
- Proficient with POS systems.
- Open to working off-site events, bringing great energy and representing the brand wherever needed.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
