Judi's Ice Cream is looking for an upbeat, motivated Manager to run the show in our Williston location. Perfect for college students or recent grads looking for real leadership experience (that also happens to be really fun).
And here's the sweet part: if you're able to work at our South Burlington location too, this can become a full-time, year-round position.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily shop operations, keeping service running smoothly on every shift while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality
- Supervise and train an awesome team on food prep, POS systems, cash handling, and top-notch customer service
- Manage inventory like a pro — monitor stock levels, place vendor orders, and minimize waste with smart food management
- Keep us food-safety compliant with proper handling procedures, regular cleanliness checks, and adherence to health regulations
- Be the face of the shop — handle customer questions, resolve any hiccups quickly, and create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back
- Build the weekly schedule, manage shifts, and run performance evaluations to keep the team motivated and running strong
- Help interview and hire new team members
- Stay connected with our other managers and ownership team
What We're Looking For
- Previous food service experience (required)
- A positive, take-charge attitude
- Availability for evening closing shifts and weekends
- Someone who wants real management experience to build their resume
