Requirements:
- 2+ years of painting experience (interior and/or exterior)
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Valid insurance/license (or willing to obtain before starting)
- Detail-oriented and able to meet project deadlines
- Professional appearance and conduct on job sites (uniform/clean attire, respectful of client property)
- References or portfolio of past work
- Ability to talk with customers
Pay: Flat rate per job, based on project scope. Rates discussed upfront before each job — no surprises.
