Dependable Health Services is seeking a Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to serve patients primarily in the Southwest Tucson area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys one-on-one patient care, autonomy in the field, and being part of a supportive clinical team. You’ll provide personalized care in patients’ homes while helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable.

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Southwest Tucson
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care
Administer medications, treatments, injections, and wound care according to physician orders
Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to physicians and the care team
Educate patients and families on medications, disease management, safety, and wellness
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
Supervise and document care provided by LPNs and Home Health Aides (HHAs), as appropriate
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes at home
Current Arizona RN license in good standing
Minimum of one year of RN experience preferred
Home health, hospice, rehabilitation, med-surg, or critical care experience is a plus
New Graduate RNs are encouraged to apply through our Ambassador Program
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to independently manage a full-time patient caseload
