We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our clinical team and keep daily operations running smoothly. This role focuses on assisting providers, managing patient flow, performing basic clinical tasks, and ensuring accurate documentation.
You will work closely with naturopathic physicians and staff to deliver a high-quality patient experience while maintaining organization and efficiency throughout the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and take vital signs
- Review and update medical histories
- Assist providers during exams and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness
- Administer injections and basic treatments as directed
- Perform phlebotomy and IV therapies (preferred)
- Document patient information accurately in EMR
- Manage patient flow and support front-to-back coordination
- Handle basic administrative tasks (chart prep, follow-ups, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and HIPAA standards
Requirements
- Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Ability to multitask and stay on schedule
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills with patients and staff

- Compensation: Based on experience
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
