We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join Private Equity Team. This role is located in LakeMary ( 4 days in office expectation).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- The Specialist, Shareholder Services Representative plays a pivotal role in the Transaction Processing function, specifically within the Transaction Processing job family.
- This position is responsible for ensuring seamless execution and management of shareholder services transactions.
- The role supports BNY's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction by adhering to principles of integrity and transparency. By leveraging expertise in transaction processing, the Specialist contributes to the organization's strategic pillars by enhancing service delivery and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Execute and oversee shareholder services transactions by applying detailed knowledge of transaction processing systems and protocols. - Ensure accuracy and compliance in transaction processing by adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies. - Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize transaction workflows and improve service delivery. - Provide exceptional client service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shareholder transactions. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions. - Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to support auditing and reporting requirements.
- To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex transactions and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with team members. –
Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and compliance in transaction processing.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $52,000 and $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
