Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in accounting, finance, business or related field, preferred.

Substitutions:
One additional year of experience in accounting, finance, or business may substitute for thirty semester hours of the required education, with a maximum of 120 semester hours (four years).
Licenses and Certifications:
In this role you will:
Provides support for the Texas.gov cash management program by performing daily reconciliation and ensuring funds are allocated accordingly in compliance with program requirements; responds to telephone and email inquiries from state agencies and resolves issues related to program transactions and activities.
Responds to the TEXNET hotline, problem solves and explains payment procedures to payers
Provides support for cash management programs by responding to inquiries via telephone and email, resolving program-related issues, and attending meetings with state agencies and vendors to assist in the establishment and implementation of new programs.
Evaluates compliance with program policies, procedures, statutes, and rules for assigned program(s).
Performs other related work as assigned.
