We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Primary Care/Family Practice Physician to join our team in Mena, Arkansas. This role involves delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population, managing both acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up.

Manage acute and chronic medical conditions across all age groups.

Educate patients and families on preventive care, wellness, and health maintenance.

Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.

Maintain detailed and accurate electronic health records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty.

Active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Arkansas.

DEA certification.

Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS certification within nine months of employment.

Familiarity with electronic health records and strong organizational skills.

Schedule: Four-day workweek with daytime shifts only. No on-call or weekend requirements.
