Licensed Insurance Agent (Remote – U.S.)

We are hiring experienced Licensed Insurance Agents for a remote contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a full-time position. If you're customer-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to support members during the annual enrollment season, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Active California (CA) and Florida (FL) Life & Health insurance licenses
- National Producer Number (NPN) required for license verification
- Ability to provide copies of active insurance licenses/certifications
- Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps
- Hardwired Ethernet connection required (Wi-Fi only is not acceptable)
- Availability to work between 7:00 AM–8:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday
- Ability to work overtime during October–December, as needed
- No planned time off during Q4 2025
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with insurance enrollment and policy-related questions
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining compliance
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations
Training
Paid Training: September 8–30
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM CST
Equipment
Company equipment is provided. Local pickup on the first day of training is preferred, but equipment can be shipped for remote onboarding if needed.
