Pallet Rack Installer / Installation Helper
Pay: $18–$20/hour DOE

Strategic Partner Solutions (SPS) is hiring Pallet Rack Installers / Installation Helpers for an upcoming warehouse racking installation project.
This is a hands-on installation position. Previous construction, installation, carpentry, mechanical assembly, or similar hands-on experience is required. Pallet rack experience is preferred, but not required.
Candidates must be comfortable using hand and power tools and working at heights from ladders and lifts.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and install pallet rack and warehouse storage systems
- Install uprights, beams, bracing, and related rack components
- Measure, position, level, and secure racking
- Assist with anchoring racking systems to concrete
- Use drills, impact guns, wrenches, hand tools, and other installation equipment
- Lift, position, and secure rack components with the installation crew
- Work from ladders and lifts as required
- Follow layout drawings and instructions from the project lead
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
We're Looking For
Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply:
- Pallet rack or warehouse racking installation
- Warehouse shelving installation
- Material handling systems
- Mechanical installation or assembly
- Fixture installation
- Commercial or industrial construction
- Carpentry
- General construction
No direct pallet rack experience? That's okay. Candidates with solid construction, mechanical, carpentry, fixture installation, or similar hands-on experience who are comfortable using tools and working at heights will also be considered.
Requirements
- Previous construction, installation, mechanical, carpentry, or similar hands-on work experience
- Pallet rack / warehouse racking experience is a plus
- Must be comfortable working at heights, including from ladders and aerial/scissor lifts
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to lift, carry, position, and secure rack components
- Able to stand, bend, climb, and perform physical installation work throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation to the jobsite
- Dependable and able to report to work on time
- Steel-toe or composite-toe work boots
- Able to follow instructions and work safely as part of an installation crew
- Available to start August 17, 2026
