About the Role
As an Industrial Facilities Technician, you will serve as a critical member of our technical team, ensuring the seamless operation of complex production machinery. You will leverage your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and drive operational efficiency through proactive troubleshooting and precision repairs.
Responsibilities-
Execute repairs and installations for power transmission components, including drive shafts, bearings, and gear systems to maintain peak equipment performance.

Optimize pneumatic and hydraulic system reliability by servicing valves, pumps, cylinders, and complex circuitry.

Diagnose and resolve issues within single and three-phase electrical systems, including motor starters, circuit breakers, and control wiring.

Interpret advanced electrical schematics and automation logic to rapidly identify and rectify equipment malfunctions.

Utilize precision diagnostic tools, such as multi-meters, to ensure electrical safety and system integrity.

Maintain a high standard of operational safety while utilizing specialized maintenance equipment and tools.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in an industrial maintenance or manufacturing environment.

Strong proficiency in 480V 3-phase electrical systems and machine controls.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex wiring diagrams and industrial automation equipment.

Commitment to safety protocols and continuous professional development.

Ability to thrive and multitask in a high-speed production setting.

Technical experience with VFD drives and PLC programming.

Background in process improvement methodologies and manufacturing best practices.

Valid forklift certification and operational experience.
