Cherry County Hospital & Clinic in Valentine, Nebraska is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive nursing care in our Medical/Surgical and OB/GYN departments while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families in our rural community.

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for medical/surgical and OB/GYN patients

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
-
Care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care (as assigned)

Perform fetal monitoring and OB assessments when working in Women's Health
-
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy
-
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
-
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health promotion
-
Respond effectively to changes in patient condition while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
-
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
-
Current Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) license
-
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
-
Commitment to teamwork, compassionate care, and professional growth
-
OB experience is preferred for nurses working in Women's Health but is not required
-
Work in a supportive, team-oriented Critical Access Hospital
-
Provide a broad scope of nursing care while developing your clinical skills
