Arett Sales — a national distributor of lawn, garden, home, and seasonal products — is hiring a Territory Manager (Territory Sales Representative) to own and grow a multi-state Midwest territory. This is a hunter-farmer hybrid role: you'll protect and deepen existing retail accounts while actively opening new doors.

What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth across IL and IN with independent garden centers, farm & ranch retailers, hardware stores, and regional chains
- Build and execute joint business plans with key accounts
- Prospect and onboard new customers to expand market share
- Present seasonal programs, product launches, and in-store merchandising solutions
- Represent Arett at trade shows and industry events
- Report on competitor activity and market trends
What You Bring
Required:
- 5–7+ years of outside sales or key account management experience
- Background selling through a manufacturer or wholesale distributor to retailers
- Track record of new business development and growing existing accounts
- Confident negotiator with strong presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license; comfortable with regular territory travel
Preferred:
- Lawn, garden, or seasonal products industry experience
- Familiarity with farm & ranch or hardware retail channels
- Multi-store or regional chain account experience
