Responsibilities of the Automotive Billing Clerk :
- Break down and review all deals to ensure paperwork is complete.
- Bill out new and used car deals daily.
- Post wholesales and dealer trades.
- Post daily funding notices and finance reserve statements. Mail out lien payoff checks the day funding is received·
- Clean New and Used inventory schedule daily.
- Backing up and assisting the Ford billing clerk.·
- Review phone messages and email daily. ·
- Performs other duties as assigned.
