POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing hospitality window treatment projects from project award through manufacturing, shipping, installation, and final completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and with exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage hospitality projects from project award through final installation and closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, designers, purchasing companies, installers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Review project specifications, construction drawings, finish schedules, and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules while monitoring production timelines, material lead times, shipping, and installation activities.
- Coordinate daily with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Shipping, Accounting, and Installation teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, shop drawings, approvals, and change orders.
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and communication records.
- Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions to minimize delays.
- Provide regular project updates to customers and company leadership.
- Participate in project meetings, customer conference calls, and internal planning sessions.
- Ensure projects are completed with a high level of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and installation partners.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, construction, manufacturing, millwork, textiles, window treatments, or FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and project tracking software.
- Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and finish schedules is preferred.
- Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
