What You’ll Be Doing as a Caregiver
- Assist seniors with daily activities and personal care
- Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and their families
- Communicate professionally with the CARE Homecare team
- Keep clients’ homes clean, safe, and comfortable
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
- Exchange shift notes with relieving caregivers
- Communicate with schedulers as needed
- Meet one-on-one with your staffing coordinator before being placed to ensure you feel prepared and supported
What You’ll Need
- Active Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Negative TB test
- Ability to pass a background check with fingerprints (Live Scan)
- First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
