Pay: $16.00 – $18.00/hour Location: Monument Park
Position: Seasonal Part-Time | In Person
What Your Days Will Look Like
Every day at Monument looks a little different. One morning you might be mowing the lawn and blowing leaves; the next you’re fixing a leaky faucet or helping set up for a big campground event. You’ll be a key part of what makes the guest experience a great one!
- Maintain park lawn, including mowing, weed eating, leaf blowing, and general debris removal
- Clean and service campsites including clearing the fire pits and handling garbage removal
- Deliver firewood and fill propane tanks for guests as needed
- Assist the activities and recreation department with event setup and breakdown
- Develop thorough familiarity with the campground layout, all sites and lodging units, and the rules and regulations of the property.
- Pressure wash buildings and hard surfaces to maintain a clean, welcoming appearance
- Perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks as needed
- Carry out routine maintenance including painting, fixture replacement, and similar upkeep tasks
You're Our Perfect Fit If You
- Take pride in a job well done, and can spot a detail others would miss
- Are a natural with people, friendly, professional, and patient
- Bring good energy, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset
- Work well with a team AND can own your tasks independently
- Have 1–2 years of maintenance or similar experience
- Are physically able to complete hands-on outdoor work, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Have availability days, evenings, weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background & reference checks required
