This is not a summer/seasonal position, it is a year-round one with an immediate start date.
Flamingos Coffee Bar is all about speciality coffee, delicious food, cool vibes, sustainability + supporting local, and providing a fun coffee experience for customers. We’re hiring at our Exeter location.
We are seeking either experienced baristas who are looking for part time positions. Service industry work experience is highly encouraged for this position. We are offering competitive hourly pay in addition to great tips, most baristas make over $22/hr (wage + tips) regularly.
We are open 7 days a week from 7-3, shifts include opening, swing, and closing shifts (nights off!) Your duties will consist of crafting specialty coffees with the espresso machine, running the POS system, making breakfast & lunch sandwiches, opening and closing tasks, and stellar customer service with a smile. Our shop brings a high volume of traffic in not just the summer but year-round, so expect to be busy while you're here and make some awesome tips (especially on the weekends)! This is a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for an energetic team member. Both weekend and weekday availability are a must. Must be 16 or older to apply. Open to training the right high school candidates who can work weekends during the school year after the summer season.
