Job Summary

The maintenance handyman reports directly to the maintenance manager. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills to handle various maintenance and repair tasks in commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications:
· Valid driver's license KS or MO (Class E)
· Able to pass DOT physical
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
· Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
· General knowledge of commercial repair and maintenance
· Ability to make decisions and communicate with manager when needed
· Deadline and detail-oriented
· Ability to handle physical workload
Job Duties/Requirements:
· Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical, dry walling, and irrigation
· Minor appliance or equipment repair
· Handling emergency tasks
· Reporting larger repairs needed
· Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
