We are seeking a Lead Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our caring, professional preschool team. The ideal candidate is nurturing, dependable, creative, and committed to providing a safe, engaging, and loving learning environment where every child can thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement fun, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom that encourages exploration and independence.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
- Follow all licensing regulations and school policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
- 45 DCF Course Complete (Preferred)
- CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or relevant experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Reliable, positive, and passionate about early childhood education.
- ***MUST PASS LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND SCREENING AND PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING.
