We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while managing staff and maintaining high standards of service.
Duties
- Lead and manage front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Train, supervise, and mentor staff to enhance performance and service quality.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and reporting.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team.
- Implement effective hospitality management practices to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with food management to minimize waste.
- Utilize TOAST POS system for efficient order processing and reporting.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven experience in the food industry in a management role.
- Strong liquor, beer, wine knowledge
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent team management capabilities, fostering a positive work environment.
- Experience in staff training and development programs.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with food service management processes is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for optimal service delivery.
- Proficient in interviewing techniques to select qualified candidates effectively.
- Available to work weekends and holidays
