Compensation Package:

Performance-based pay of $45,000 - $60,000/year

Six weeks of paid training at $15.00 - $18.00/hour

Company-provided work vehicle

Established route with no door-to-door sales required

Full-time benefits (health insurance, dental, life, and PTO)
Primary Pest Technician Responsibilities:

Learning about the behaviors and biology of different kinds of structural pests
-
Learning the proper IPM (integrated pest management) techniques
-
Professionally communicating with clients, learning about their concerns, and answering any questions

Applying pest control techniques and completing high-quality work while managing your time efficiently
The Qualifications:

Valid driver's license

Ability to lift 50 lbs, wear a respirator, and pass a medical fitness exam

Working knowledge of the Central Arkansas region

Coachable mindset and a motivation to keep learning

Professional communication and customer service skills

Ability to pass a state certification exam after a 6-week training period
