Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and post fun and interesting online content on the company’s website, social media accounts
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules of promotions
- Employ marketing analytic techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, engagement, etc.)
- Gather content by taking photos and video of products, events, or people to create engaging posts, ads, and stories
- Assist to write marketing literature (brochures, posters, flyers, press releases, etc.) as needed.
- Assist with preparing and updating spreadsheets, databases or slide presentations as needed
- Assist in the organizing of digital campaigns and promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success
- Communicate and build successful relationships with internal and external customers
- Other tasks as may be assigned

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Social Media Marketing experience
- Strong social media platform knowledge and presence (Such as FB, IG, Tiktok, Twitter)
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Proficient in email, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
- Proficient in creative software, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite programs (Illustrator, etc.)
- General knowledge of social media management of platforms such as Google Adwords/Analytics and/or metric software such as Sprout
- Excellent communication, organization, and people skills
- High school diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
- Prolonged periods of walking.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
