Pest Bear is currently hiring motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representatives for both Pest Control and Lawn Care sales in the Lake Panasoffkee market.

Responsibilities
- Generate new residential sales
- Educate homeowners on pest control and lawn care services
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Meet sales goals while delivering excellent customer service
- Represent Pest Bear professionally in the community
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation preferred
