ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supervisory duties: Day and swing shift supervises employees, handles work scheduling, maintains internal daily time in/out timesheets, and reviews and approves timesheets and leave requests. Conducts performance evaluations (interim/annual). Enforces attendance and variance policies.

May interview potential employees and makes recommendations for hiring, provides feedback on training being conducted for new employees.

Maintains equipment sign-out records for keys/radios.
- Shift duties: Completes employee/ customer incident reports, and coordinates with slot techs to resolve machine problems, and coordinates with supervisors or FSM to resolve customer complaints. Audits banks on floor every night totaling to approx. $200,000/shift. Prepares paperwork for Code 100’s, jackpots over $1,200. (Grave Shift: Takes manual meter readings when needed. Back-up at the Promotions Booth to redeem points, and issue club cards.)

Slot Floor Attendant duties: When needed, counts in/out bank with change attendant, pays all jackpots and hand pays, and performs change duties.
- Reports suspicious play.
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Knowledge of slot machine winning combinations for jackpots, selected codes for hopper fills, coin jams, and tilts.

Knowledge and ability to spot suspicious play.

Skill in supervision and communicating with others.

Skill in handling money, giving change, balancing change banks, and performing change audits.

Ability to handle a variety of customer requests and personalities.
- Must be people oriented.
REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school Diploma or GED

6 months Slot Attendant/Slot Tech experience required, 1 year preferred. Or 6 months casino supervisor experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Walking/standing/observing, 80%. Sedentary, 20%.
- Prolonged exposure to cigarette smoke and noise.
- Required to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
