Job Overview
We are seeking a Pawn Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and retail operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for negotiation, this role is for you.
Duties
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide assistance
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate loan amounts and item values
- Conduct sales transactions for pawned items
- Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse customers
- Manage inventory by stocking and organizing items
- Supervise pawn shop activities ensuring compliance with regulations
-Lift 50 Lbs
-Sweep, Mop, Clean, Duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred
- Ability to sell products and negotiate effectively
- Proficiency in basic math for financial transactions
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Experience in a grocery store or similar retail environment is advantageous
-State License will be filed within 30 days of hire with extensive background check
-Cash requirement is a must. You must be able to count back cash.
-Knowlege of tools, electronics, household equip.
-Dependable & flexible for our schedule as needed.
-Random Drug Testing.
