Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift. If you have a passion for providing exceptional care to residents in a skilled nursing environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the physician and interdisciplinary team.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
- Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants while promoting a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Current, active LVN/LPN or RN license in good standing
- Previous skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
