The Security/Compliance Officer maintains security over the entire facility during the assigned shift. Also, the Security Officers escort all internal money transfers throughout the Casino and oversee patron and employee safety.

Duties
- Respond to incidents and conduct investigations when necessary
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks
- Utilize conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively
- Be prepared to provide first aid or CPR assistance if needed
Requirements
- Must be licensed by the PR Gaming Commission
- Responsible alcohol service certification required
Experience
- Previous experience preferred.
- Ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally
- Experience in loss prevention techniques is desirable
