Complete Quality Support is seeking Manual Unloaders to provide contract-based warehouse support services. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for a safety-conscious professional with experience in warehouse logistics.
BONUS!!!!!! Must have perfect attendance, no safety issues, great performance, and great attitude. First 2 weeks days: $500 after 90 days $2500!!!
First 2 weeks days: $600 and every 30 days until cap of $1800!!!
Site Location: Redlands
Compensation: Paid by Production (Per Container) Approx. $700 -$1000 Weekly | Paid weekly via 1099
Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments manually. (Furniture)
- Lift 90lbs plus
- Shrink wrapping
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage materials handling.
Qualifications
- MUST have 2 years of experience unloading.
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or materials handling is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 90 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar leadership role is advantageous but not required.
- A proactive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration within a fast-paced environment is essential
