American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position at an acute care hospital in New York, requiring at least 1 year of Med/Surg experience and an active NY RN license.

Epic EMR used in this position

Active NY State RN license required

Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience

Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS

BSN preferred but not required

ANCC Med/Surg certification preferred

13-week travel contract

All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration — no exceptions

BLS must be completed prior to being released from unit orientation; BLS renewal is not required once ACLS is obtained
