Tschiggfrie Excavating is seeking dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our construction team. We are a union signatory contractor performing concrete, excavation, and sitework on large-scale data center projects and other commercial and civil construction sites.

Job Responsibilities
Concrete Laborers may be responsible for:
- Assisting with concrete placement, finishing, and general concrete work
- Setting and stripping concrete forms
- Preparing areas for concrete placement
- Installing reinforcing materials as directed
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials
- Performing site cleanup and maintaining organized work areas
- Working around excavation and heavy construction equipment
- Following project-specific safety requirements
- Wearing required PPE at all times
- Participating in daily safety meetings and pre-task planning
- Performing other construction duties as assigned by the Foreman or Superintendent
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be willing and able to perform physically demanding construction work
- Be able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Be dependable and report to work on time
- Follow company and project safety policies
- Be willing to work overtime and extended shifts when required
- Have reliable transportation to assigned jobsites
- Be willing to work at data centers and other project locations as assigned
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Successfully pass a strict background check and site-specific security screening
- Meet applicable union and project requirements
Because some of our projects involve data centers and other secure facilities, background screening requirements may be more extensive than those required for a typical construction project. Ability to obtain required site access is a condition of assignment to these projects.
Experience
Concrete or construction experience is preferred but not required for all positions. We are willing to consider dependable candidates who are motivated to learn and work safely.
Experience with concrete, excavation, underground utilities, commercial construction, or heavy civil construction is a plus.
Union Position
Tschiggfrie Excavating is a union signatory contractor.
Wages, benefits, and applicable working conditions are provided in accordance with the appropriate union agreement and job classification.
