The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Production Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Reading, PA area.
Title: Senior Production Manager
Location: Reading, PA
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000
Responsibilities:

Oversee multi-shift production operations in a high-volume, custom manufacturing setting

Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics

Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean methodologies and daily management practices
-
Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to operational standards

Utilize floor-level observation (Gemba) to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
-
Coach and develop supervisors, team leads, and operators across shifts
-
Align plant execution with broader business objectives and improvement roadmaps

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline

10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including Lean environments
-
Proven success implementing safety programs and process improvements
-
Strong problem-solving mindset with experience using structured methodologies (e.g., PDCA)
-
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
-
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
