Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial operations, business workflows, and service delivery activities
- Oversee operational planning, department coordination, performance goals, and reporting
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and business performance
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and senior stakeholders
- Monitor budgets, reports, operational risks, and service quality standards
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, recommendations, and business updates
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in commercial operations, business operations, enterprise services, client management, or professional services
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with business clients, service teams, or growth-focused operations is an advantage

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
