We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and motivated individual to join our team. As a barista, you are the first impression guests have when they enter, so a warm smile and positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to quality standards
- Properly operate and maintain all equipment
- Respond to guest orders, questions, and concerns in a polite and efficient manner
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions following proper procedures
- Provide quick and efficient service
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all menu offerings
- Follow all health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Availability for early mornings
- Strong multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Comfortable initiating conversation with guests
- Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative mindset
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
