Job Overview
This is a part-time position, but an excellent opportunity to gain experience with clinical and forensic psychiatry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service while managing the administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills, office management experience, and familiarity with medical terminology and coding. The hours will be mornings starting at 8:00 am through the early to late afternoons, 20-40 hours per week (M-F). Prior front office experience in the health industry preferred.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Manage phone systems effectively, answering calls promptly and addressing patient inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for healthcare provider
- Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, registering patients, and correspondence.
Requirements

- A valid drivers license and a vehicle.
