Domino Med Pharmacy is a new independent pharmacy in Ann Arbor committed to providing compassionate, accurate, and patient-centered care. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team.
The Pharmacy Technician will assist with daily pharmacy operations, including prescription processing, patient service, medication preparation, insurance billing, inventory support, and customer transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent patient care.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with prescription entry, filling, labeling, and organization for pharmacist review.
Providing friendly and professional service to patients, caregivers, providers, and insurance companies.
Entering and updating patient information accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
Counting, measuring, packaging, and labeling medications safely and accurately.
Supporting inventory management, including stocking, organizing, and checking medication availability.
Maintaining compliance with HIPAA, pharmacy regulations, and workplace safety standards.
Qualifications:
Pharmacy technician experience preferred.
A Michigan Pharmacy Technician license is required.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and reliability.
Basic computer skills and ability to work in a busy pharmacy setting.
