Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm and welcoming classroom where children feel safe and valued
- Encourage children to express themselves and explore their world
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Monitor and assess each child’s development and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Plan and lead activities that support physical, emotional, and social development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
- Communicate regularly with families about progress and any concerns
