Rare opportunity. General Manager position with 30-35 hours behind the bar at night.
Wednesday through Saturday *****3pm-10 pm*******
Some administrative hours on Tuesday. *****3 pm-5 pm******
Salary ($26,000- $36,400 range) plus tips (approx. tip range $400-$650 per week)
General Manager duties include
Scheduling, hiring, (both FOH and BOH) ordering within a set budget and working with BOH to determine best menu options, specials, etc.
Bartender responsibilities include waiting tables, cleaning, stocking, FOH organization
The Alto Bar is a Bourbon heavy bar (400 plus with 600 plus whiskies). Your knowledge of bourbon is directly proportionate to your success rate as it relates to tipping
The Alto Bar is looking to hire within the next several weeks with a start date mid July
Qualifications:
5 years plus bartending experience
TAM/TIP certified
Valid Drivers license
