Forward Solutions is growing and hiring Outside Sales Reps across a few of our divisions: Avision, OneSolution, and StruXur.

This is a strong opportunity with competitive base salary ($60K–$140K depending on experience) + incentive compensation, benefits and a lot of room for growth.

As a Territory Outside Sales Rep you will:
- Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory by developing strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and end users
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through solution-based selling
- Conduct regular customer visits and onsite assessments to understand business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Execute product promotions, training events, and marketing initiatives to support brand growth
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide sales reports and forecasts to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary incentive bonus as determined by incentive program guidelines, position eligibility and Senior Management approval.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
