Line Cook
- Location: Indiana, PA
- Payrate: $15.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 7:30 Start time (work 3 Saturdays per month)

What will you be doing?
- Food Preparation: Execute daily prep lists, including washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients according to established recipes.
- Line Operations: Support the kitchen during service by cooking and plating menu items to exact quality and presentation standards.
- Customer Service Excellence: While in the kitchen, you are part of the guest experience. We expect all team members to be positive, friendly, and committed to providing our customers with excellent service. Whether interacting with front-of-house staff or visible to guests, your demeanor should be welcoming and professional.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times; follow all health and food safety regulations.
- Inventory & Waste Management: Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory to help our team meet operational efficiency goals.
What are the Job Requirements?
- Reliability: You must be consistent, punctual, and able to work your scheduled shifts without frequent call-offs.
- Positive Attitude: We value a friendly, team-oriented mindset. You should be someone who brings a positive energy to the kitchen and is committed to ensuring every guest has a great experience.
- Work Ethic: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a fast-paced commercial kitchen (lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Standards: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise recipes and instructions.

- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including at least two Saturdays per month.
