Position Summary
Eagle Promotions is hiring a manufacturing Finishing Associate to work in our garment finishing/labeling department. This is a hands-on manufacturing position responsible for folding, tagging, labeling, inspecting, organizing, and packing printed garments for customer orders.
This position works in an active manufacturing environment and requires standing for the full shift, repetitive movement, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain pace and quality standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Fold, tag, label, sort, and pack garments according to customer orders and shipping instructions
- Inspect garments for print defects, stains, damages, incorrect sizes, or count issues
- Match garments and completed orders against job tickets and packing instructions
- Organize finished garments and prepare orders for shipping
- Apply labels, stickers, and box markings accurately
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
- Work efficiently with the team to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Repetitive hand, arm, and upper body movement required throughout the day
- Frequent folding, tagging, packing, and sorting of garments
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment around printing and drying equipment
- Work area may become warm or hot during production operations
- Must be able to lift and move boxes or garments as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Overtime may be required based on workload and production schedules
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or apparel experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Schedule
- Full-time
- Day shift
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime as needed
Pay
Starting pay: $12.00 per hour
