A physician-founded healthcare organization is expanding throughout San Antonio and is seeking Board-Certified Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians to join its outpatient practices. Partnering with Provenir Healthcare, this organization is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting physicians with a collaborative and rewarding practice environment.

- 100% Outpatient Practice
- Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm
- No weekends
- Average of 16–18 patients per day
- Adult patient population (18+)
- Excellent Compensation Package
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician
- Outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Active Texas medical license
- Unrestricted DEA
