Our innovative and global leading client in Canton is in need of a CNC Laser Operator to join their Internal Fabrication team!

Shift: Day shift- 4x10, Monday- Thursday
Rate of Pay: $23-$24- depending on experience
Job Description:
- Machine set up and operation of the CNC Fiber Laser (Bodor)
- Set up including program retrieval, correct gases, proper nozzles, lens condition, and materials
- Confirm proper start up and shut down of the laser while diagnosing machining problems during jobs and make modifications as needed
- Operate overhead crane, forklift, tape measurer, calipers, and hand tools
- Quality control of machine product and notify supervisor of any issues
- Read and interpret work orders including materials, cutting locations, dimensions, and tolerances
- Proper programming and system navigation including utilizing MES to track time and job progress
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Requires 1-2 years of CNC Laser experience in a sheet metal manufacturing environment
- Documented training on CNC Laser
- Understanding of flat print drawings is desired
- Forklift experience
- Ability to use basic math, computer skills, and measurement equipment
