Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing outstanding service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling and food safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or strong coffee experience preferred; passion for coffee is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
